Surveillance Investigator / Trainee
Investigators will be responsible for conducting field investigations resulting in high quality video and written documentation. Candidates must be flexible to work irregular hours during the week and weekends. Travel on overnight assignments may be required. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and staff in the Corporate Headquarters is a must! Full and part-time positions available.
Qualified candidates will have a college degree or equivalent work experience in insurance investigations. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft word and excel. Must type a minimum of 25 words per minute and have strong report writing and documentation skills. Candidate must have a well-maintained vehicle with tinted windows, a good driving record, personal computer with an active email account and a digital 8mm video camera.
Claims Investigator
Claims Investigators will be responsible for conducting thorough interviews of all parties involved in insurance claims, and writing complete reports in a timely manner. Candidates must be able to work well without supervision and manage their own workload and schedule.
Qualified candidates will have a college degree or equivalent work experience in insurance investigations. Candidates must be detail oriented, organized and posses excellent verbal communication skills. Strong report writing and documentation skills and knowledge of Microsoft word required.
