Claims Investigator

Claims Investigators will be responsible for conducting thorough interviews of all parties involved in insurance claims, and writing complete reports in a timely manner. Candidates must be able to work well without supervision and manage their own workload and schedule.

Qualified candidates will have a college degree or equivalent work experience in insurance investigations. Candidates must be detail oriented, organized and posses excellent verbal communication skills. The account manager’s primary focus is the marketing and sales of our investigative services to insurance companies, third party administrators, and employers. Your job will be to service existing and new customers by selling our products and meeting customer needs.
